Daniel is the guitarist and vocalist of a rock band. To refresh his content, he decided to do a series of photos outside the stage, in a real urban atmosphere.
The idea of the shoot was to capture the street spirit and hint of rebellion that are so close to rock musicians. We worked on the streets of Paris—the city’s architecture and textured walls set the rhythm and gave the shots character.
We chose various elements of the urban environment: old building facades, staircases, massive doors, bridges, and metal fences. These added interesting lines and diverse textures to the shoot.
Open spaces and city perspectives brought an airy, free feeling to the photos, and compositions often featured lots of space around the subject—highlighting the musician’s independence and inner drive.
This kind of visual content reveals the artist’s personality and lets the audience see the real person—not just on stage, but in everyday life.
